7pm-Women's Committee Special Wine Education Dinner

Next Thursday, June 28, after the Women's Committee Meeting, in lieu of retiring for dinner in the Main Dining Room, please join us instead for a special Wine Education and Dinner led by StFYC member Peggy Cramer, CSW.

We will taste through four wonderful wines recently added to the Club's wine list while we enjoy a three-course dinner.

Wines for the evening include --

Scammacca Del Murgo, Etna Bianco DOC, Sicilia, Italy, 2016
Far Neinte, Chardonnay, Napa Valley, 2016
Chateau Pesquie, Les Terrasses Rose, Ventoux, Southern Rhone Valley, France, 2015 Walter Hansel, Cuvee Alyce, Russian River Valley, Sonoma, 2014

Enjoyed with a three-course meal of --

Roasted Beet & Burrata Salad
With Baby Red & Yellow Beets, Beet Chips, Red Quinoa, Marcona Almonds & Arugula
Dressed in a Balsamic Reduction & Basil Oil

Linguine with Gulf Shrimp
Tomato Sauce, Chile, Onions, Tarragon & Breadcrumbs

Affogato for Dessert

Space is limited; reservations REQUIRED and there is a 48-hour cancellation policy in place. The Wine Education and Dinner is at 7:00pm in the Chart Room and the price for the evening is $55 plus tax.
All are welcome to join the monthly Women's Committee Meeting, which will begin at 6:oopm in the Golden Gate Room and at which we will discuss the many initiatives and activities of interest to the women of the Club.
