On Wednesday, May 13 at 6:00pm, Clubhouse Manager Michael Perry came to us live from the Trophy Lounge with an exclusive winetasting class for members. In addition to running the operations at StFYC, Michael is a certified wine educator and he did a great job talking his audience through tips and tricks for seeing, smelling, tasting and experiencing wine. There was a lively question-and-answer segment at the end of the show and—of course—plenty of delicious wine consumed by all. Mostly, it was great to be together, even if virtually.
