Mandatory Waiver for Tinsley Watersports Equipment
As of July 2015, the Board of Directors has instated a new mandatory waiver covering watersport equipment on Tinsley Island. Each participant is required to sign one waiver once a year, and visitors and guests are required to provide their own signed waiver. Download the waiver here, and bring your signed copy to the Island.

ADULT WAIVER  CHILD WAIVER (UNDER 18)

Mandatory Waiver for Watersports Equipment on Tinsley

Before taking out kayaks, stand-up paddleboards or Laser sailboats on Tinsley Island, all members and guests are required to sign and submit THIS waiver for adults and THIS waiver for minors (under 18). A single participant can submit one waiver once a year, and that waiver will cover them through the end of the year. Note that guests need to provide their own signed waiver. This is especially important to remember if you are bringing a guest who is also a minor: be sure to send a waiver to their parent or legal guardian to sign before you travel to Tinsley.

Hard copies of these waivers are available on the Island, in your Cruise packets, at the bar, at the lighthouse and on the docks.

All waivers are to be filed with the Tinsley Island Dockmaster.
