Pilates for Everyone
This unique mat and physio ball-based class, taught by Elsa Oppenheim (pictured), will focus on strengthening core muscles while supporting cardiovascular health. No previous Pilates experience is necessary. All fitness levels welcome. Modifications will always be provided.
Time: Tuesday, 9:30am–10:30am
Cost: $170/10-class pass (useable for Pilates, Yoga, and Strength & Tone classes); $20/drop-in class
