  THE DOCKING PLAN
To accommodate all visiting yachts, the Tinsley Island Port Captain created a docking plan HERE. This plan went into effect September 13; all yachts on the island are required to be in their designated Cruise position by September 23.

DEPARTURE AND INFORMATION PACKETS
The 58th Annual Stag Cruise will commence at 0600 on Thursday September 24 in the Clubhouse. There, skippers can pick up information packets containing a list of Cruise participants, ID badges, docking plan, programs, lunches, beverages and Stag Cruise burgee, shirts and caps (for those who met the sign-up deadline). Participating yachts will depart for Tinsley immediately following breakfast. The cruise will end after breakfast on Sunday.

STAG SWAG AND FLAGS
Each owner of a participating yacht is issued a Tinsley Island cruise flag. Additional flags will be available for purchase at the Ketch All Ship Store on Tinsley Island. All full-cruise participants who signed up by August 15 received a free Stag Cruise shirt and hat. Late sign-ups may purchase Stag Cruise merchandise at the Ketch All Ship.

NOTES FOR FIRST TIMERS

One of the primary activities of Stag Cruise is friendly competition. Choose your events carefully and sign up early on the Island. Games get underway Friday at 1000. Sport clothes with boat shoes are the uniform of the day. Don’t forget your swim trunks, athletic shoes, sunglasses, bug repellent, suntan lotion, pillow and sleeping bag (if required where you are berthing). Tinsley can be quite cool at night.

MESSAGES AND PHONE CALLS
There are no telephones on Tinsley Island. Cell phones are not allowed on the Island proper but may be used on board and inside any yacht. Emergency messages may be routed to the Island by calling the St. Francis Yacht Club at 415-563-6363 and requesting that the message be forwarded to the Island. A message board is located in the Lanai Bar area.

NO NO’S
Tinsley is a special place; help us keep it that way. No cameras, fireworks, firearms, cell phones, tablets, computers, pyrotechnics, pets, water fights or females. No tank tops, bare feet or swimsuits at meals. No conduct unbecoming of a gentleman.

IDENTIFICATION BADGES
Each member and guest will be issued a name badge, which will serve as a ticket to the Cruise. Please wear it whenever you are ashore. Different colored nametags denote the following:
White & Blue: St. Francis Yacht Club Members
White & Red: Member Guests
Gold: VIP Club Guests
White & Blue with Orange Dot: Stag Committee Members
White & Red with Red Dot: Entertainment, Production & Staff

MEAL SERVICE
Each of the gourmet meals will be prepared under the direction of Cruise Chef Yaku Moton-Spruill. A late night snack will be served from 2300–Midnight on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Box lunches will be provided at the Club on Thursday morning for the up-river cruise and will also be furnished at Tinsley Island for the homeward bound trip on Sunday.

LIQUOR & BAR SERVICE
Each yacht will be furnished with one bottle of liquor or wine or a six-pack of beer on Thursday morning for each person aboard. The bar will be open at Tinsley at 1200 on Thursday with hosted drinks for the entire cruise.
